Two Level Apartment With A Steel Slide

This apartment is two identical one-bedroom units, one atop the other, combined into a duplex home. The most unusual thing about this combination is a half-tube stainless steel slide that connects two levels of the apartment. It starts on the top floor near the office, and lands below near both the living and dining areas.

This slide is surrounded by custom designed glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of New York. This duplex penthouse is a perfect 2,400 square feet place for work, play and living. It’s designed by Turett Collaborative Architects.
