An international architecture company called Ong&Ong transformed a traditional house in Singapore into a modern living space. Many original elements remained, they made a nice contrast to new and modern structures. The kitchen together with the dining area are located right at the entrance, it’s an ideal place to have a meal with friends and family, to chat and to relax.
The windows and the doors are opened to a big terrace that is a boundary between indoors and outdoors. The colors are rather neutral, the furniture is contemporary.
The sculptural stairs add chic and interest to the place. On the roof there is a patio and a garden with a wonderful view of the city. You can rent this wonderful house for a weekend if you like.
